As a recent PhD graduate in "Agricultural, Environmental, and Food Sciences", I have a solid background in microbiome research and plant-microbiome interactions. In my work I used metagenomics and metabolomics to understand plant physiological mechanisms involved in microbial recruitment.

With proficiency in R programming and experience in project coordination, I am well-prepared to contribute as a PostDoc in the Phytopathology Group. Currently, my work is focused on the assessment of the impacts of urbanization and related stressors on fungal endophytes in trees across Europe, using metabarcoding and metabolomics data in the SNSF COST project FUN-URB.
